At Pinnadyne we offer 5 different service plans for you to choose from, so you will never need to tie yourself into an expensive plan with services that you won't use. You can upgrade at any point in time or decide to purchase individual services separately – the choice is yours. MITS is our term for managed services; it stands for Managed Information Technology Services.

The packages we offer are as follows:

MITS packages - The MITS packages are developed to lower your exposure to, and having to deal with your IT on a daily basis- we handle it all for you. All of your processes and technology are fully managed by our expert staff and you get full reports and get direct attention from an Information Technology Manager assigned directly to your account. The inclusion of certain services determines which MITS package covers your needs.

Support Direct - This package includes the remote monitoring at the same coverage level as MITS but should any on site coverage be needed it is billable by the hour with your approval and at a discounted rate.

Micro Client - The Micro Client solution is for the company which has less than 10 employees and no servers, a perfect example of this would be an accounting or law firm. You get all of the benefits of our full coverage packages as a package and you save money and lower down time. This affordable package is designed with the small business owner in mind.
